Free and low-cost things to do across Guernsey: clubs, sessions, gigs and big days out, with the age, cost and parish for each. Plenty of it is drop-and-go, or things kids and teens turn up to on their own. Listings are checked against each organiser's published details; always confirm before you set off.
Back Caper
Caper is a community project, not a company. Add your name below: that's the whole ask. At 100 backers we take it, and your names, to the Youth Commission and the island's activity providers to make this permanent and properly fed. No money, no small print.
Thank you. Every name gets us closer to 100 and a proper, permanent Caper.
At 100, we take it to the Youth Commission.
Straight answers
No. Caper points you to things to do. The named local organisation runs each activity and looks after its own session, safeguarding and insurance.
We compile them from each organiser's published pages and check details before listing. Things change, so confirm with the organiser before you set off, especially dates marked "to be confirmed".
Green: a parent or carer stays and stays responsible. Amber: a drop-off session run by an established provider. Red: higher-care activities such as water, heights or travel, where it's worth asking about qualifications, ratios and consent. Grey: pulled live from a partner feed and not yet reviewed by us, so check the organiser's listing.
We take Caper, and the list of islanders behind it, to the Youth Commission and local providers to make it permanent, properly fed and properly supported.
